I own an established IT company and seeking one or two “as needed” independent PARALEGALs experienced with civil business cases, small claims and/or family court.

For my business I seek someone who can help files and prepare small claim cases as needed, work on contracts, write correspondence to communicate with defendants and those who may file a case against my organization. Currently, have received multiple judgments in our favor and require that these are followed up on and perused. Of course, I need a strong person who can write solid letters, refer to case law and or do research if required.

For my personal needs, I need someone with extensive family court/law experience to help me continue to deal with Child Support Services and family court where I still have to draft pleadings and motions related to my case.

I need to meet once a week and provide tasks that need to be done and you can take them home and work on them. I can meet in the evenings if necessary and if you are currently working for a law firm then this would be considered a plus.
