Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities will include maintaining a set group of customer and broker accounts, building relationships with clients, relay information on shipments/deliveries, schedule and book freight, assist billing department, monitor trailer pools, and perform other duties as necessary. AS400 experience is a plus. Must be fluent in the English language (ability to read, write, and interpret), This position requires a minimum of 1 years of customer service experience in a high volume call center, minimum one year inside sales experience, and must be able to type 40 wpm. This position reports to the Director of Customer Service.
Compensation: $10 -$50 Per Hour Plus Monthly $1000
